How many phone calls to re-confirm Candidates? Zero!!!

There’s this recruiter, whose job is only to call and recall and then call again just to re-confirm if the candidate is coming for the interview or not (in spite of the fact that the candidate had confirmed when it was set). You know, after doing all of the above, the chance of the candidate still not turning up for the interview is over 60%!

But what to do, “we are like that only” or better yet, as the title of the book by Kishore Biyani (and our old Govinda song too)…“It happens only in India”!

It is frustrating to all in the value chain, the recruiter, the hiring manager, the interview panel, the client HR, etc

Callify.ai has an ‘Interview Scheduler’ template (or also called Drives Template), whereby the recruiter does not have to make zillion calls to confirm if the candidate is making to the interview/drive or not. Simple set a campaign on the template and the platform takes full control of the scheduling….Here’s how:

Let’s say you want to invite 50 people to the drive; you simply set an opening message (in your own voice – all through the platform); enter the date of the Drive, Enter Venue Address & Date/Time details. Upload a list of those 50 people (their CVs or through Naukri/Quickr, Indeed downloaded Excel sheet) and you are all set!

50 calls will go out (simultaneously), play your opening message (where you mention only the position, date and time) and confirm if they are coming or not.
