We Love Naukri!
Don’t we all? It is great to have a job and then to love that job.
But this is not about the jobs, it is about Naukri.com that gives jobs! Naukri has been the leader in the online job market for more than a decade now. There are others too in the market, but we all know none have been able to reach the pinnacle that Naukri has.
As per the “Rule of Three” by Jagdish Sheth, there are primarily three players that dominate a market in a given domain. A leader typically has 40%, followed by 20% for the second and 10% for the third; rest 30% is distributed amongst multiple players. Now, whatever combinations we can envision namely, Naukri, Monster and TimesJob or Naukri, TimesJob and Monster or Naukri, TimesJob and Shine, somehow Naukri always finishes at the top.
This is a tribute to Naukri, because like us, there are thousands of hiring businesses that owe their existence to Naukri.
Our relationship with Naukri spans 5 years and we have built innovative services & models around Naukri.
Our Naukri relationship Manager, Nimish Samarth, who has been associated with us for 5 years, is in true sense a relationship manager, never selling, only advising and recommending. He is one of the reasons that makes us proud for having business relations with Naukri.
There couldn’t be a better time to dedicate this piece to Naukri, on the eve of our own product launch, Reckrut.com, an automated data and voice science based screening platform that helps Recruiters who use Naukri and similar portals to screen intelligently and achieve ‘First-time-right’ shortlists.
So, we urge Recruiters to go discover CVs at Naukri and then simply drop them into Reckrut to get a list of recommended qualified Candidates with the right skills scores, communication scores and personality match to achieve their hiring goals in a faster, wiser and stress-free way!
Long live my Naukri!
