What made Kavya passionate enough to use Callify and do so well that she won our Super Recruiter award in just the span of a month?

Below is an excerpt from Kavya’s interview:

1. What is the single most value Callify has added for you?

“Most important change for me due to Callify is that it has enabled my team to increase their closure rate by 20 to 30%, just in one month. If I use it for another 4-5 months, I am sure I will see increase of closure rate to above 50%.

2.What areas has Callify directly impacted you in terms of recruitment efficiency?

“Callify has become part of my daily process. Once I source candidate data, the next step is to utilise one of the Callify templates. Most times I do Interest Check and in some cases I directly get Assessment responses, where candidates answer in a narrative open ended manner. I do a quick check with the candidates before I submit to the hiring managers. Because of the auto followup scheduler of Callify, I do not have to keep following up with candidates and because of which candidates who may have been busy first time round, start responding within the next 2 to 4 hours”.

3.How did it feel to win Super Recruiter award and how do you think you feel differentiated?

“Indeed it feels very good to have won the award amongst many recruiters. There are other teams also extensively using Callify and then there are some who are yet to fully leverage the benefit of Callify. But I am sure once they see the number of increase in closures, they will get on the bus too. Although due to Covid the hiring pace has reduced, I still continue to use Callify even if I have to invite few candidates”.

4.Will you recommend Callify to your friends & industry peers and why?

“Yes of course. Three key reasons would be that Callify is extremely easy to use; secondly it does auto follow ups and finds candidates who are interested without any manual efforts and finally, we are able to increase the closure rate of the entire team”.
