Callify implemented its ‘Super Recruiter Award’ program in 2017. The core purpose of this program was to acknowledge winners for efforts taken in adopting a unique technology and developing a new category of skill.

All our customers appreciated and encouraged us to run the Super Recruiter program as they felt it truly motivated the winners and other users to up their game as well.

Recruiters use Callify to reach out to large number of candidates across various stages of hiring cycle. Recruiters record a custom message in their own voice on Callify’s recording system (typically involving an opening message, job overview and a set of questions).

Being amongst top 3 from over 3,000+ recruiters is a big endorsement and further being rewarded via LinkedIn exposure and certificate of excellence. In some cases, we have seen winners of Callify’s Super Recruiters have been rated high in their internal appraisals and gone onto to get promotions and increments.

While the criteria for judging the winners has changed over the time, the core principle is around appreciating the intent and effort the winner had taken to emerge amongst the top. We are providing a view of our current set of criterion for winning super recruiter award.

  1. Total number of candidates reached out using Callify: While the absolute number here is not as important as the frequency at which the recruiter has reached out regularly. One of our super recruiter has reached out to over 84,000 candidates within a period of 20 months!
  2. Total campaigns run: One of the factors of using Callify regularly is also judged by the different campaigns (different roles) the recruiter leveraged Callify to reach-out. While Callify has been most used for 3 years to 12 years candidate bracket; we have seen successful campaigns for freshers as well as CXOs by some super recruiters.
  3. Callify Templates used: Apart from number of campaigns, it is also important to know what stages of the hiring cycle did the recruiter use Callify. For example after checking interest, did the recruiter use it for assessment test? interview scheduling?Confirmations?Reminders?Onboarding? etc.
  4. Average response rate: This is the response rate of candidate who answer Callify calls as Interested, Not Interested or Not looking for a change. Getting a response is a factor of how well the recruiter was able to record an impactful opening message. Because candidates make a decision within the first 5 to 8 seconds, whether they will respond to the call or not. Super recruiters average a response rate between 85% to 95%.
  5. Recording quality: While this is a subjective element, this is a most important element in judging the winner. Recording quality of the opening message, job overview and questions has to have high degree of clarity, pleasantness and sound professional.

So Super Recruiter winner is adjudged based on the above 5 parameters. An exercise that involves series of first level shortlist; then final list and number of reviewers before the final list is announced.
