How to run a one person recruitment company

We have in reality witnessed how one person can actually run a recruitment company that traditionally would require at least 5 recruiters to generate the same amount of business.

The secret lies in using a set of automated tools that primarily automate the operational and coordination tasks that a recruiter does. Largest amount of time spent by the recruiter is in reaching out to candidates, talking to them to ascertain their interest, assessing them for suitability and once short listed, following up with them to organize interviews, be it with internal hiring managers or with client’s hiring managers.
