  3. Speech-to-Text Transcriptions: All the audio responses of the candidates are converted to text using Speech AI in Reckrut. While Reckrut leverages third-party APIs, the data used for training is provided by Reckrut.com enhancing the accuracy due to the contextual domain of the conversations.
  4. Speech-Analytics: Reckrut.com using voice pattern matching to determine communications score (spoken English) by comparing a set of large data set benchmarked in the system and tagged to a score.
  5. Natural Language Processing: Reckrut enables users to simply drag-n-drop CVs or Excel sheets that have candidate data (to be called). Our NLP algorithms accurately parse data from CVs/Excels without the recruiter having to do any manual effort.
